LIMITED MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY & REPAIR SERVICE

1. MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT WARRANTY
Adire Audio/Basshead Supply warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. In all cases, you must have the original receipt.
Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, Adire Audio/Basshead Supply will repair or replace (at its discretion) the defective merchandise at no charge.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any applicable implied warranties are limited in duration to the period of the express warranty beginning with the date of original purchase at retail, and no warranties, whether express or implied, shall apply to this product thereafter. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; therefore these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; however you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
2. REPAIR SERVICE
Adire Audio/Basshead Supply can also repair most products that are out of warranty or have damage not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If your product cannot be repaired, we may offer a discount on a new, equivalent product at our sole discretion. Contact us for a repair estimate.
3. SERVICED PRODUCTS
All repairs are performed by qualified Adire Audio/Basshead Supply technicians.
4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:
- ×Burned or open voice coils due to overdriving.
- ×Ripped, torn, or burnt spiders, lead wire, cones, or surrounds.
- ×Products damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion.
- ×Damage due to improper installation.
- ×Subsequent damage to other components caused by the product.
- ×Exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation.
- ×Damage caused by accident, theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of God.
- ×Damage caused during shipping or handling.
- ×Repeated returns for the same damage will be considered abuse.
- ×Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of the product.
- ×Items previously repaired or modified by anyone other than Adire Audio/Basshead Supply or an authorized repair facility.
- ×Products with defaced, altered, or removed serial numbers.
- ×Return shipping on non-defective items.
- ×Products returned without a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
- ×The cost of shipping products to Adire Audio/Basshead Supply.
- ×Products not used for the purpose for which they were designed (outside of arriving in proper working condition after shipping).
Important note on abuse: Abuse or accidental damage is not covered and supersedes material and workmanship defects. For example, a speaker will not be replaced if the voice coil is burned and there is also a surround that is loose from the frame. Parts returned must be determined defective by Adire Audio/Basshead Supply before a warranty credit or replacement is issued.
5. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To submit a warranty or repair request, follow these steps:
Failure to return merchandise in its original packaging will result in a new packaging/handling charge at the time the product is shipped back to you. Failure to follow these steps may void your warranty.

- ●Parts returned must be determined defective by Adire Audio/Basshead Supply before a warranty credit or replacement is issued.
- ●The final determination of product suitability for the intended use is the buyer's responsibility.
- ●There are no other warranties expressed or implied beyond those outlined in this warranty information.
