DELIVERY
GENERAL INFORMATION
Each order is assembled from raw components and hand made. This normally takes 10-15 business days, but due to unforeseen issues it can take longer. Adire will maintain reasonable communication should an item take longer than our normal 15 business days to make. We will also note for each item if the lead time is longer or the item is a pre-order. Should an item take longer than normal, all refund policies still are in effect.
DELIVERY LOCATION
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the US, Canada and Mexico. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses on an individual basis. All items will ship direct from our Thousand Oaks, California location.
DELIVERY TIME
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Deliveries will be made through UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. Delivery times in the US generally take from 1 to 5 business days depending on how far you are from our facility in Thousand Oaks, California.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping is included in the listed price for every product. Most orders ship at no additional charge.
Larger enclosures (single 18", dual 15", dual 18", or larger) ship via freight. These orders include free delivery to your local freight terminal, where you'll pick up the shipment. If you'd prefer direct-to-door home delivery, with or without liftgate service, that option is available as an additional charge shown at checkout.
Any additional shipping charges that apply to your order will be displayed on the checkout screen before you pay.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT
Every order is covered by Route shipping protection. If your order arrives with damaged packaging or contents, file a claim directly at claims.route.com — Route handles the claim process. Please save all packaging until the claim is resolved; it may be needed as part of the claim. Have your order number (in your order confirmation email) and your tracking number (on the shipping label and in your shipment email) ready when you file.
PRE-ORDERS
While purchasing, please be aware of items listed as "pre-order". The corresponding date will be listed on the product page. All pre-order sales are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Full refunds are available for any order that has not been machined or assembled. Full refunds include shipping and product. As all orders are custom made at the time of purchase, any order that has been started is subject to a 10% fee on the price of the product only for order cancellation. Orders that have been finished but not shipped are subject to a 20% "restocking" fee for cancellation based on the product price and a 100% refund on the shipping. Orders that have been shipped are subject to a 25% "restocking" fee on the product price along with any associated shipping costs for the return of the speaker back to Adire Audio/Basshead Supply. There are no refunds for items if the shipping box has been opened or the product has been used.

Refunds on all unopened items are available only when an approved RMA number is used for sending the item back to Adire Audio/Basshead Supply and we have inspected the item and deemed it to be in "brand new/unused" condition. Any damages to the product from the "brand new/unused" condition will be deducted from the refund in addition to the 25% "restocking" fee and all shipping costs incurred. Any RMA authorization for "brand new/unused" products must be made within 10 days of receipt and returned to Adire Audio within 20 business days.
