At Basshead Supply the goal with the "foundation series" enclosures is to offer subwoofer specific enclosures that are well built and well performing at our most affordable price. Using premium 1" Baltic Birch all around we are able to achieve a very strong and light enclosure. Using our refined assembly process produces an enclosure with NO visible screw holes anywhere on the enclosure. The entire enclosure is glued together with Titebond III and coupled with our 1" baffle and an additional 24mm baffle brace (on the dual subwoofer models) the enclosure is strong enough to handle high power subwoofer setups. These ship bare and unfinished — sanded birch with the raw plywood grain left exposed, ready to stain, paint or clear-coat to your own taste, so you can match it to your build and save versus our finished enclosures. Complete with a recessed Satin Nickel Brass binding posts and prewired with OFC 10g wire, all the hard work is done — just add your finish of choice. These are also built with love, by hand right here in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
