Every enclosure is engineered to manufacturer specs for airspace volume, tuning frequency, and port area.
BUILT FOR BASS, BUILT TO LAST
We're a manufacturer, not a middleman. Every subwoofer enclosure is designed in-house, CNC-cut from premium Baltic birch or MDF, and hand-finished at our shop in Thousand Oaks, California.
OUR MATERIALS
Most enclosure companies build in one material and call it a day. We let you choose the right one for your build — premium Baltic birch or our triple-refined MDF — matched to your goals, your budget, and your install.
Baltic birch is our premium pick — 13 to 17 layers of cross-laminated veneer that's strong, light, and holds fasteners beautifully, with a natural-wood look that takes a stain. MDF is our value pick — a heavier, denser, triple-refined board that's acoustically dead, sealed in a durable black bed liner on our Performance line or shipped bare on Foundation to keep the price down. Birch builds use 18mm or 24mm panels; MDF builds use 3/4-inch or 1-inch panels, matched to each subwoofer's power handling and excursion.
Every panel is CNC-cut on our precision machines to ±0.005" tolerance. No hand-cut guesswork, no gaps, no air leaks. The result is an enclosure that sounds better, lasts longer, and looks like it belongs in your build.
HOW WE BUILD
CNC-cut from premium Baltic birch or MDF with ±0.005" precision. No hand cuts.
Panels are glued and clamped with industrial adhesive. Internal bracing where needed.
Finish options are matched to the material: Baltic birch ships bare or stained, and MDF ships bare or with durable black bed liner. Every box inspected before shipping.
